The 24-hour front desk staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual, making it easy to communicate in different languages. The air-conditioned rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to cool off and relax in the sun, and the terrace provided a beautiful view. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Polystyrene cups for coffee and tea seemed out of place for a 4-star hotel. Ceramic cups would be a more eco-friendly and stylish choice.

Enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even better. The food was delicious, with ample choices. the location was perfect, not too far from the buzz yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. We loved the stunning views from our balcony and had no issues finding a spot by the pool.

The dishes in the restaurant could have been washed more thoroughly as some seemed greasy or had pulp stuck to them. Lastly, we booked with high hopes for a "sea view" but felt misled as it turned out to be partial.

The rooms at Hotel Best Punta Dorada are really cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying the view. The desk was handy for catching up on work, and the private bathroom with a shower was a great convenience. the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I found the minibar in the double room a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion!

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Salou. The location was perfect, far from the noise but still within walking distance to all the buzz. The views were breathtaking, we had a room with a sea view that was just amazing. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always there to help. We never had an issue getting a bed by the pool and the food was delicious.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a few negative aspects. the cleanliness of the kitchenware was not up to standard, some plates and glasses were not properly washed and dried.
